The Public Systems practice carries out training, research and analysis, and reorganization work including building systems and capabilities, impact assessment and advice on advocacy for various public systems in order to improve the service delivery. The term ‘public’ is used because its leadership, direction and control are predominantly government and/or the public at large – who are also the primary beneficiaries.
Our clientele comprises of both private sector & government departments like hospitals, universities, electricity boards, public works departments, state transport corporations & municipalities where our programs are related to health & family welfare, education, e-governance and sanitation.
